Skyward will provide STEM-anchored and aerospace focused educational experiences and will deliver its vision, utilising a combination of aircraft, software, hardware and people. These elements will inspire, nurture and advance our next generation of aerospace professionals.
One of the fundamental learning objectives of the initiative will be to encourage our young learners to look towards the future and at the questions and challenges the industry currently faces today and in the future. This will promote interaction, investigation and collaboration to consider and conceive potential solutions to how we can turn aviation green, ensuring a sustainable future for all.
We want to get our young visitors out of the classroom and up to their local airport to gain a firsthand look at just one of the hundreds of STEM-based industries available. We intend to do this using the exciting, dynamic and rich environment that is the aerospace sector.
